Belgium government collapses, King holds talks

On Monday, July 14, 2008, Belgian's media say Prime Minister Yves Leterme has offered his resignation after his government failed to agree on more self-rule for Belgium's Dutch and French-speaking camps. BRUSSELS, Belgium -- Belgium's government collapsed Tuesday, unable to resolve an enduring divide over more self-rule for the country's Dutch and French-speakers.
