Elvis Vansluytman, New York National Guard, whose wife and 6-year-old son sit home in 's "other war" has suddenly intensified, suddenly worsened. And Sophia Vansluytman is just one Guard wife who is all too aware of that, every minute, every day. "I never heard of Afghanistan the way it is now," she said. .
