By Abigail Kwok INQUIRER.net MANILA, Philippines -- The Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has produced the highest number of passers in the recent civil service exam held March 9, with a 19.64 percent passing rate, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) said on Tuesday. Results of the latest civil service exam showed that out of the more than 52,000 examinees, only 5,286 passed, or 9.99 percent, nationwide for the Career Service Professional and Sub-professional written examinations. Although CAR produced the highest number of passers, the exam topnotcher, Christine T. Battung, was from Cagayan Valley.
