Health officials say the largest measles outbreak in more than a decade has spread to the following states and cities: Arizona Arkansas California Georgia Hawaii Illinois Louisiana Michigan Missouri New York New York City New Mexico Pennsylvania Virginia Wisconsin Washington Washington, D.C.
