Teen Challenge director receives ministry degree Jack Smart has earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Mo. It is the only seminary endorsed by the Assemblies of God for the graduate-level education of ministers. Smart is the executive director of Teen Challenge International Mid-America, off County Road 621 near Cape Girardeau. The executive director since 1990, Smart has served for 28 years at the faith-based ministry dedicated to the recovery and discipleship of men with drug- and alcohol-related addictions.
