Posted to the web 14 July 2008 Kini Nsom Buea The Mfoundi High Court has charged the SDF National Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi, with complicity to the murder of Gregoire Diboule, who died on May 26, 2006. The Examining Magistrate, Justice Charles Remy Manga Foe, indicted Fru Ndi and 22 SDF militants (that have suffered a two-year pre-trial detention at the Kondengui Maximum Security Prison) on Wednesday, July 9. The Post learnt that the court established the charges after concluding preliminary inquiries on the matter recently.According to the charge sheet signed by the Registrar of the Mfoundi High Court, Laure Adeline Tangmo, the Chairman and other suspects will be arraigned in court on August 19, 2008.
