KUWAIT: The Ministry of Health expressed alarm over a possible strike or attack on the Iranian Bushehr nuclear reactor. It said it had laid out preventive plans in an attempt to effectively counter any radiation leakage. The plan includes the distribution of effective antidotes containing potassium to all hospitals and health centers to combat radiation as well as a ban on all food and water imports from Iran. A concerned official of at the ministry said bombardment of the Bushehr reactor will definitely expose the region to dangerous toxic fumes as they suspect it to contain nuclear fuel. However if uranium enriching stations in the Nataz area are bombarded, the region will not be exposed to any danger, reported Al-Watan.
