The new four-letter words

Mind Matters By RAJA ZARITH IDRIS I BLAME the bloggers! I blame them for, well, almost everything that is happening right now, including the weather. Imagine the effect of so many socio-political bloggers inciting already excitable citizens to huff and puff at the unfairness of life. Imagine the carbon dioxide-laden breath of many hundreds, if not thousands, of angry, snorting citizens rising into the air. Now we know why the temperature is rising and why it is a lot hotter than it used to be. However, it does seem strange, does it not, that in other countries the term “blog” is not a four-letter word? Neither are bloggers seen as frustrated has-beens or would-be writers who have been denied the right to write in the mainstream media?
