If there's one thing Magic fans know about General Manager Otis Smith, it's that he's just as concerned how a player conducts himself off the court as he does on it. Almost to a fault. Under Smith, the Magic have yet to bring in a guy whose talent clearly outweighs a troubled reputation or frequent bouts of wackiness. Not counting Mr. and Mrs. Doug Christie, of course. "There'll be a time for that, but not now," Smith said. Translation: Smith will not do anything to upset the delicate locker room chemistry that surrounds young Dwight Howard.
