Saturday, July 12, 2008 By Dilshad Azeem ISLAMABAD: The ruling Pakistan Peopleís Party (PPP) may finally need help from its sidelined president Makhdoom Amin Fahim to fulfill some legal requirements such as submitting the party accounts before the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). “There is an interesting situation as the party requires Fahim’s signatures on the annual statement as only his authorised party office-bearer can move the same before the ECP while appearing in person,” the party sources told The News here on Friday.
