South Cheshire flooring company Flowcrete has made the move into Romania. An office has been opened in Bucharest to tap into the growing number of construction projects coming online in the Eastern European country. A new member of the EU, Romania is set to benefit from a number of grants to improve its infrastructure – including enhancements to its food manufacturing sites – a key market for Flowcrete’s seamless resins. As the economy improves, retail activity is also likely to increase – another key area for the company’s decorative floors. Flowcrete’s Polish office, located in Warsaw, has been upgraded to include a distribution centre to service Eastern Europe.
