Oil worries hit retail shares; Charming Shoppes jumps NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - Retail sector shares opened lower Wednesday against concerns about rising oil prices, though Charming Shoppes Inc. shares jumped after a management shake-up of the women's clothing chain.
