A heroic teenager who was brutally beaten while trying to break up an argument in a street has died. Prize-winning student Joseph Dymond-Williams Joseph Dymond-Williams, 17, tried to stop a row between a woman and her boyfriend outside a bar in Bristol. But he was punched in the face, causing him to fall to the ground, and then kicked in the head by two other men. The prize-wining A-Level student, from Whitchurch, Bristol, suffered three fractures to his skull. Since the attack on June 22 he had been in a coma, but died last night. Police said Joseph was only trying to calm down the situation and was not being aggressive. A spokeman said: "It was orginally a domestic between a man and his girlfriend.
