The Flint police chief is answering prayers. He is doing what parents haven't and common sense dictates: He is arresting boys and men for walking around with their pants half off. Hallelujah! Calling the nasty fad a national nuisance, Dicks issued a memo saying that "This immoral self-expression goes beyond freedom of expression." Indeed, he says it amounts to indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, each a misdemeanor punishable by 93 days to one year in jail and/or fines up to $500. Oh, he'll get hammered.
