Review Kasen Williams will be a high school sophomore this fall, and according to NCAA rules, he is unable to receive mail from college football programs and is not allowed to take official visits to campuses. But that reportedly hasn't stopped Williams, a wide receiver at Skyline High in Sammamish, Wash., from receiving verbal scholarship offers from Boise State, Washington and UCLA. And so it goes. The recruiting game gets younger and younger. Football coaches are making offers to freshmen, basketball coaches are accepting commitments from eighth-graders and magazines rank the top fifth-graders.
