Goalkeeper eyes number one spot

New Millwall goalkeeper David Forde insists he is ready for the challenge of establishing himself as the Lions' number one. The 28-year-old former West Ham trainee has joined the Lions from Cardiff, having also spent time on loan at Luton and Bournemouth last season. "I'm at the right age to be a number one and push my career forward, and I hope to be part of a side that gets Millwall firing back where it belongs," he told the Southwark News.
