SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) - Smyrna police arrested an 18-year-old for making false reports of fires at apartment buildings and making a bomb threat. Sean Patrick Parker was arrested Thursday on seven counts of felony false reports that started as early as 2007. Police say he faces similar charges pending in Murfreesboro. Detectives say he made the false reports to the city emergency dispatch center using a computer program that changed the number on caller ID displays and played a recorded message. Sgt.
