Man arrested in connection with crash and four manslaughter charges

Torrington, CT - Authorities said that Frank Juan Junior, 68 years old, who was a commuter bus driver and was critically injured in the 2005 Avon Mountain dump truck crash died at his Torrington home on Friday, March 14. The crash occurred on July 29, 2005, when a runaway dump truck descended Avon Mountain into a line of vehicles. Four people were killed. The dump truck owner David Wilcox was arrested in connection with crash. A separate case involving four manslaughter charges is still pending. Recent Truck Accident...
