Veteran coach hits out at Football Federation Luis Aragones has confirmed he left his role as Spain coach as he did not feel the Spanish Football Federation wanted him to continue. The veteran tactician stole the managerial plaudits at Euro 2008 as he guided Spain to their first silverware since 1964. Aragones' four years at the helm were not without controversy but after Spain's success in Austria and Switzerland, there were calls for him to continue.
