Matrix board approves MD appointment

Our Bureau Hyderabad, July 1 The board of Matrix Laboratories Ltd has approved the appointment of Mr Jagdish Viswanath Dore as Managing Director of the company, effective July 1, 200 8. In other decisions approved by the board of directors at the meeting held on June 30, Mr Rajiv Malik would continue to serve on the board as a Non Executive Director.
