S&P: Idexx Labs to join MidCap 400

NEW YORK (AP) - Standard & Poor's said it will move diagnostic and detection systems maker Idexx Laboratories Inc. into the S&P MidCap 400 index, and replace it with chemical producer Balchem Corp. in the SmallCap 600 at the close of trading Wednesday.
