62, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Sunshine Haven in Olmito, TX. He is survived by one son, Manuel Barroso of Caldwell, Idaho and one daughter, Cynthia Ann Barroso of Harlingen. He is also survived by his mother, Consuelo C. Barroso of Mercedes, three brothers, Eddie Barroso, Jose Martin Barroso and Daniel (Alma) Barroso all of Mercedes, one sister, Julia B. Vargas of Houston, 2 grandchildren, 4 nieces and 6 nephews. Visitation was held, Friday from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m and a rosary was prayed at 7 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church with burial following at Anacuitas Cemetery in Mercedes.
