A little San Juan at Wiggins Park

CourierPOstOnline.com • June 27, 2008 It's a celebration of Puerto Rican culture in Camden this weekend as the Parada San Juan Bautista and other activities come to Wiggins Park. The fun begins Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at the Camden Children's Garden with the Festival de Aibonito, the Puerto Rican Family Festival. The garden will have tropical plants native to the island, as well as arts, crafts, games, entertainment and food. Call (856) 365-8733 or go to www.camdenchildrensgarden.org for more information. A parade will wind through Camden starting at 11 a.m. Sunday, starting at 7th and Elm streets and making its way to the Camden Waterfront.
