KOLKATA, India: West Bengal was shut down for the second day while Orissa and Andhra Pradesh too faced disruption in rail and road traffic following a bandh over the fuel price hike paralysing normal life. People of West bengal had no respite when Trinamool Congress, BJP and SUCI enforced the bandh in the state which faced hartal called by the ruling Left Front on the same issue. Road and train communications were the worst hit with supporters of the bandh obstructing trains at various stations of Eastern railway's Howrah and Sealdah divisions, besides Malda and Asansol division. 12 trains were cancelled, an Eastern Railway press release said.
