The caller threatened that her daughter "won't be so pretty." But it was no idle threat. On Wednesday, Jamie Rodriguez, 16, was brutally beaten by another teen girl outside a restaurant in Hobart, Ind., officials said. "Kids constantly talk, so I didn't take it seriously," Amy Rodriguez said. "I just thought they were running their mouths." Jamie Rodriguez suffered brain damage, is partially paralyzed and is talking like a 7-year-old, Amy Rodriguez said. Hobart Police arrested a 15-year-old girl shortly after the attack. She is being held at the Lake County Juvenile Detention Center and is expected to be charged with felony...
