Grupa Lotos buys $52.5 mln stake in North Sea oil field, shares suspended

WARSAW (Thomson Financial) - Grupa Lotos will pay $52.5 million for a 10 percent stake in a North Sea oil field, the company said in a regulatory statement on Tuesday.
