As P & P slips away for a few weeks, let's talk Oscar hosts

Dear readers, please note that Popcorn & Prejudice is going on hiatus while its CEO (that would be me) takes a little vacation. I'll be back on November 16, rested and refreshed and ready to make all manner of comments about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and why neither of them seem able to keep from looking mildly nauseated in "Twilight" -- and, possibly, in "New Moon." And where am I going? Well, let's just say that a favorite movie of mine was partly shot there, and I'll feature it when I get back and finally get around to launching Hat Movie Week.
