Who says recessions can’t be fun? The Citizens Band combines dancing, burlesque, songs from the Depression era, and, natch, trapeze artists. The politically oriented troupe might be singing about gloomy economic forecasts — but in a manner that’s lively, wild and entertainingly over-the-top. The band, which performs its new show, "The Debt Rattle," Thursday through Saturday at the Abrons Arts Center, is a loose performance collective of 15 to 35 performers that formed in 2004.
