Dixie State beats BYUH in women's soccer, 1-0

Carly Haycock scored in the 56th minute as Dixie State beat host Brigham Young-Hawai'i, 1-0, yesterday in a battle of the top two women's soccer teams in the Pacific West Conference. Goalie Tonya Smith preserved the lead for the Red Storm (9-3, 8-0) when she stopped a one-on-one attack by Margaret Sekona in the final minutes.
