These advanced DVDs first brought high-definition pictures into our lounge rooms, complete with riveting 7.1-channel audio, changing the quality of in-home cinemas. But there is more to come from the Blu-ray format. Twentieth Century Fox recently outlined its plans for the format, and they include using the technology to deliver more than a movie on a disc.
