Benihana Upgrades Its Menu

Published:16-October-2009 By Staff Reporter New items available in all 64 Benihana restaurants across US Benihana, an operator of the chain of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants in the US, has unveiled new additions to its menu. The new offerings in the menu are part of the company's Teppanyaki Renewal Program, which is expected to enhance the overall guest dining experience at Benihana locations nationwide. The new menu, which is available readily at all 64 company-owned Benihana restaurants across the country, includes a 12-ounce Imperial Steak; Hibachi Lemon Chicken; an Emperor's Salad with a choice of shrimp, steak or chicken; Spicy Tofu Steak; Colossal Mango Shrimp; the Garden Delight, steamed vegetables prepared using a speciality steamer on the Teppanyaki grill; Spicy Seafood Soup and the Yummi-Taki.
