By Ian Laybourn, Press Association Sport Rugby League Correspondent Richie Myler feared his man-of-the-match performance on his England debut would be forgotten when coach Tony Smith came to select his squad for the Gillette Four Nations series. After all, it is almost four months since his record 30-point haul helped demolish the French in Paris and Myler has played just five matches for his club in that time. Left out of the Salford side by coach Shaun McRae as he finalised a move to Warrington, Myler's last match was for the Reds against Wakefield on July 31.
