Kevin Spacey has troubles of his own in "Shrink." (Roadside Attractions ) "Shrink" "Doctor, heal thyself" may be the saying, but in this ensemble-driven drama, L.A. psychiatrist Dr. Henry Carter has settled on the less noble "self-medicate thyself." At times, this roundelay of disordered personalities (the aging actress, the alcoholic star, the raging agent, etc.) feels overly familiar. But Kevin Spacey's performance is droll and wounded.
