Thunderous applause greets Bush on July 4

WOODWARD, Oklahoma (AP) - Former President George W. Bush spoke amid thunderous applause in a rural Oklahoma town to celebrate Independence Day, calling the U.S. the «greatest nation on the face of the Earth.
