Fireworks aren't fun for pets

Keep your animals safe and happy this holiday By Laura Rice TOLEDO -- Fireworks are fun for people but for animals they can be scary and dangerous. Every year, July 5th is a busy day for animal shelters across the country as they collect pets that have gotten out of their pens or fences in an effort to escape the loud noises and bright lights.
