Dreadmills DO have their uses

Great little cardio session tonight! Although perhaps slightly naughty….. Having watched the rugby, and been relieved I didn’t watch the Williams sisters lower their game as usual for a final, I decided it was time to head to the gym for a session, as I knew the place would be deserted early Saturday evening. Opted for a decent cardio session, without any real masterplan. 2.5k on the rower at level 6, keeping just above 2:10 per 500m. Couple of sets of free weights and pec fly then went on to bike, 25 mins at level 13 with rpm over 90 – by now sweating buckets… Was going to have a crack at a x-trainer, but the dreadmill was calling….
