Boulder teen aims for Olympics and Tour de France in two years Let's start with the Tour de France, which begins today with seven-time champion Lance Armstrong back in the saddle again after a three-year retirement. "I'm just going to put it out there: I think he's going to win the Tour this year," Phinney said during a recent interview with the Camera. "I've been hearing from a lot of people that he's going really well right now and his legs are fit, he's light."
