Amanda Walker, Russia correspondent Gulya Sokolova waits anxiously for news of her husband's release. Russia awaits President Obama's visit Alexei Sokolov is one of a minority in Russia who dares to speak out against injustice - injustice of which he has become a victim. His tireless campaigning revealed horrific abuse inside Russian prisons. We witness footage of men in masks and camouflage beating inmates with batons - the violence is extreme and hard to watch. He also unearthed evidence of torture used to elicit confessions. Having uncovered this cruelty Sokolov now finds himself in jail for what's widely seen as a spurious robbery charge.
