Canoe will depart Stromness for Scapa on Saturday

THE Canadian Spirit Dancer Canoe is now due to leave Stromness tomorrow morning, Saturday, to be paddled to Scapa beach, where it is due to arrive around 2-3pm. While the canoe is in Orkney expedition leader Chris Cooper says that it is planned to take as many people out on the canoe as they can. If any groups or organisations are interested they can get in touch with him on 0750 399 7433.
