July 2, 2009 - New York-Penn League (NYPL) Vermont Lake Monsters FISHKILL, NY --- Rain continues to play havoc with the Vermont Lake Monsters schedule as its New York-Penn League game against the Hudson Valley Renegades on Thursday night was postponed due to rain during that day that left the Dutchess Stadium unplayable. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday evening at Hudson Valley beginning at 5:00 p.m. The two teams are then scheduled to continue the series with three games at Vermont on Saturday at 4:05 p.m., Sunday at 5:05 p.m. and Monday at 7:05 p.m. (weather permitting of course) at historic Centennial Field.
