Trio of Ducks Invited to Canada Camp Hockey Canada announced on Thursday that Ducks defenseman have been invited to participate in Canada’s National Men’s Hockey orientation camp. The camp, which precedes the selection of Canada’s 2010 Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team, will be held Aug. 24-27 at the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta. Niedermayer, Getzlaf and Perry were among 46 players invited to the camp. Niedermayer, 35 (8/31/73), is a two-time Olympian (did not play in 2006 due to injury) and won gold with Team Canada at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, UT. He is the only player in hockey history to have won a Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold Medal, World Championship, World Cup, Memorial Cup and World Junior title.
