KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; • Participate in implementation of bank-wide procedures for risk identification, measurement, control and monitoring. • Establish and manage risk databases for tosses, near-misses and abnormal gains bank-wide in line with Basel II categorizations. • Manage the entire procedure for incident identification, investigation, analysis and reporting. • Develop operational risk management tools such as, key risk indicators, risk and control self-assessment, risk dashboards, risk heat maps, etc. • Establish and manage internal control procedures for self-regulation and compliance with alt regulator requirements. • Proactively participate in training and coaching of bank staff in areas of risk management. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure understanding of the bank's commitment to compliance. • Act as...
