Zamboanga confirms first H1N1 case

By Julie Alipala Inquirer Mindanao Filed Under: Swine Flu ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines—Authorities confirmed the first case of Influenza A (H1N1) here Thursday morning but officials at the 9-year-old boy's school said they were not suspending classes yet. Aristides Tan, Western Mindanao health chief, said the boy probably got the disease when he and his parents visited a relative in Manila who was infected with the virus late last month.
