Martin Havlat, Chicago's leading scorer in 2008-09, is joining the Minnesota Wild. GM Chuck Fletcher confirmed Wednesday night that Havlat and the team have agreed to a six-year contract. "We are excited to add the speed and scoring of Martin Havlat to our lineup," Fletcher said. "He is a terrific two-way player." TSN is reporting that the contract is worth $30 million, an average of $5 million per season. In a career-best 81 games with the Blackhawks this past season, Havlat scored 29 goals and added 48 assists for 77 points.
