Wild ink Havlat to 6-year deal

The Wild signed free agent Martin Havlat to a six-year contract, GM Chuck Fletcher confirmed Wednesday. The move comes hours after Gaborik, the Wild's leading scorer in franchise history, was picked up by the New York Rangers. "We are excited to add the speed and scoring of Martin Havlat to our lineup," Fletcher said. "He is a terrific two-way player." TSN is reporting the contract is worth $30 million.
