Maya, Blockbuster eye Latin project

Companies team up for eight-film Cinema series Maya Entertainment is partnering with Blockbuster to present an eight-film Latin Cinema series in eight citues from July 17-Sept. 10. Pics will screen in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., Miami, San Francisco, San Diego and Dallas. Maya founder Moctesuma Esparza said the series fulfills Maya's mission to give audiences high-quality cinema from Latino filmmakers and talent.
