The NewsMarket to Acquire Medialink

NEW YORK, NY, Jul 01, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- The NewsMarket (www.thenewsmarket.com) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger with Medialink Worldwide Incorporated (NASDAQ: MDLK). The NewsMarket will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Medialink's common stock at a price of $0.20 per share in cash.
