Twitter has changed its follower/following pages but while they might look prettier, the functionality has taken a significant step backwards One of the worst things about online applications is that, just when you learned to live with one set of suboptimal design choices, someone will change the pages to introduce an even worse set. They do it without any warning or consultation, and you don't have the option to keep using the old stuff, as you do with desktop apps. Online suppliers can do what they like and you really don't have a choice, except to leave. Well you can protest, as Bobbie Johnson showed on Friday in YouTube users revolt over new design .
