June 30, 2009 - New York-Penn League (NYPL) Hudson Valley Renegades FISHKILL, N.Y. (June 30, 2009) - 7,770 fans sat through a 28 minute rain delay at KeySpan Park to watch the Renegades drop their fourth game in a row Tuesday night, falling to the Brooklyn Cyclones by a final of 3-1. The Renegades starter right-handed Kyle Ayers (1-1, 1.86) recorded the loss on the night hurling 4.1 innings of five-hit, three-run baseball. Only two of the three Brooklyn runs were earned due to a throwing error by shortstop Tyler Bortnick in the bottom of the fourth. Renegades center fielder Chris Murrill continues to be a staple in the Renegades lineup going 1-for-4 on the night with a run scored and a stolen base.
