Staff Reporter NEW DELHI: Reacting to newspaper reports questioning the existence of 45,000 “fake” employees in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi who were allegedly drawing salaries in their names, the civic body on Tuesday clarified that since all its employees were being paid their salaries through the Electronic Clearance System the question of non-existent staff was ruled out.
